1. Shipping Area
We currently ship worldwide except some countries in Europe.
Orders placed from European countries may be cancelled and refunded automatically.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed within 1â3 business days.
Orders are processed MondayâFriday.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics, customs clearance and carrier operations.
4. International Fulfillment
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center to provide the best pricing and product availability.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that shipping may occur from an international warehouse.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees depending on destination and local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customs delays are outside of our control.
6. Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2â5 business days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing.
7. Shipping Delays

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to guarantee reshipment or refund.
9. Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked âDeliveredâ by the carrier, Moretti Roma is not responsible for:
- stolen packages
- lost packages after delivery
- delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customers must contact the carrier directly in these cases.
10. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Claims must be submitted via Live Chat or email.
